12 HOUR CANCELLATION + DOWNGRADE POLICY
Rain, snow, or shine, VERBENA parlor adheres to a strict 12-hour cancellation and downgrade policy for all service appointments. This policy allows us to accommodate the high demand for appointments and guarantees a full day’s wage for our licensed nail artists and professional staff. This policy applies across the board, whether booked in person, on the phone, via email, or online. If, for any reason, you miss an appointment, are more than 10 minutes late, or downgrade your service, you will still be responsible for the full-service fee of your originally scheduled appointment. No refunds will be given to cancelled or rescheduled bookings with less than 12 hours notice. Same-day cancellations, service downgrades, and no-shows will be charged the full-service fee of your original scheduled appointment. Please note that cancellations can only be made through our online booking system or by calling the salon. We DO NOT accept cancellations by text, email, or direct messaging from Instagram, Facebook, Yelp, or Google.
50% SAME-DAY RESCHEDULING FEE
For same-day rescheduling, we charge 50% of the original service booked, regardless if you are rescheduling with the same nail artist
or not. In addition, you will still be responsible for the full-service fee of your rescheduled appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than one hour prior to your appointment are considered a no-show, and 100% of the service fee will be charged. Same-day appointments are FINAL.

dazzle dry performance polish $45 (45-60 minutes)
Dazzle Dry is a quick-dry, long-wear nail polish system that delivers the shine and durability of gel without the
soak-off removal. It dries rock hard in about five minutes, resists chipping for up to two weeks, and removes easily with
regular polish remover. Vegan, cruelty-free, and free from harsh ingredients, it’s a healthier option for clients who want glossy,
lasting color without UV light or nail damage.

Our gel polish delivers rich, high-shine color that cures under LED light for an instantly dry, durable finish. It resists chips
and dullness for up to two to three weeks, keeping nails glossy and smooth without smudging. Soak-off removal is needed
before your next gel application.
builder gel overlay and builder gel fill $85 (75-90 minutes)
Builder gel adds strength and structure to the natural nail, creating a smooth, reinforced overlay that helps prevent
breaks and peeling. Unlike dip powder, it does not require full removal at every visit. Instead, it is maintained with fills, which
helps protect the integrity of the natural nail and reduces the brittleness and weakness that can happen with repeated soak-offs.

Hard gel overlay adds strength and structure to the natural nail without adding length. It creates a durable layer that helps prevent breakage while keeping a clean, natural look. Ideal for clients who like wearing their natural nails long and need extra support.
Maintained with routine fills rather than soaking off each visit, it helps preserve the strength and thickness of the natural nail.
Unlike dip powder, it does not require full removal every appointment. Designed to last 3 to 4 weeks with proper care. Not soakable
and must be professionally removed in salon.

Designed to last 3 to 4 weeks with proper care. This is a one time extension service. At your next visit, maintenance is done as
a hard gel overlay with a fill. Not soakable and must be professionally removed in salon.
