Individual Cancellations:

We understand that things may come up. So if you need to cancel, we ask that you contact us 24 hours BEFORE your appointment. To cancel your appointment, you may sign into your account with us or call us at (214) 433-7359. If you don't cancel within that timeframe, you will be charged 50 percent of your appointment. If you do not cancel and do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged the full cost of your service, plus 20 percent gratuity. Please note that cancellations can only be made through online booking or through calling the salon. We DO NOT accept cancellations by email, Facebook, Instagram, or any other direct messaging.

Group Cancellations:

For parties of two or more, simply let us know at least 48 hours ahead of time if you need to cancel or change your plans. Groups of four or more who cancel without notice or fail to show will be charged the full price of services originally scheduled, plus 20 percent gratuity.


As we are located in Uptown Dallas, please allow yourself some time for parking and arrive at least five minutes early to check in and browse our extensive color selection. We encourage you to browse our menu of services prior to your appointment.

If you think you may be late for your appointment, please call and let us know. We will call late clients 5 minutes into their scheduled start time, but if we are unable to contact you, your appointment time will be reopened and/or given away. If you show up late for your appointment, your services may be altered to fit the remaining time or cancelled if the remaining time is not sufficient for any services. If this happens you will still be responsible for the full amount of the services booked, plus 20 percent gratuity.


If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without contacting the salon to cancel, you will be subject to paying the FULL AMOUNT of the services reserved plus 20% gratuity.


We have a no refund policy on services completed at Verbena Parlor + Social House. We offer complimentary fixes within 7 days of the service completion pending management approval.
